Thank you, Kristi, for the very important reminder that we need to calm down, relax, and spend time in the presence of God. If we’re frantic with worry about the latest tragedy or the latest political nonsense, we will make it hard for ourselves to hear when the Holy spirit speaks to us.
Those photos of quiet waters in wild settoings are very restful. The 2nd one looks a lot like ponds I used to see in Florida whenn I was young.

I wan Born with my Sternum Fused too my Back bone, my Birth Defect is called Pectus Excavatum. My Entire Rib cage was rebuilt and I have Stainless Steel wires that hold my rib cage together. In 1965 doctors operated on me and moved my heart and lungs and kidneys too their right places!! I have a Ruptured disk in my Neck at C5-C6, and a very bad Ruptured disk in my Lower back that is pressing on two sides of my spinal cord, with not enough room for the nerves too go through it, and its located at L4-L5!!
