One wishes you a night of refreshing sleep and a joyful awakening in the morning, Kristi. One wishes he could wipe away your pain and discomfort, but that will be done when we all stand insude the gates of God’s Kingdom, by God Himself. May God speed that day!
In the meantime, you are one of God’s most faithful witnesses, and He loves you for that. BUT remember this, Kristi: a truth you have posted often: He loves you, YOU, Kristi Ann, “simply because you are His child.” On the days when you’re too tired to post, the days when everything seems futile and your life is too painful to make the effort … He loves you then too! 🙂 🙂 🙂 You do not have to earn His love. He Remembers our frame, that we are dust, and He arranged for our forgiveness and salvation whilke we were still sinners.
Rest in His love tonight. May God’s alove and peace sweeten your dreams tonight, sister in Jesus.

“But HE ( Jesus-Yeshua ) was Wounded for our Transgressions, HE was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our Peace was upon HIM; and with HIS Stripes we are Healed. All we like Sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on HIM the iniquity of us all.”
Yes! Salvation is by grace alone, so that no one can boast. There’s another side to that coin: “so that no one has to be perfect”. God’s love and mercy took the impossibility and made it possible and easy, for those who accept His way of salvation. The real issue is not being perfect in our actions, thoughts, desires, and intentions, which we must be and cannot possibly be. The real issue is getting rid of the sinful nature we all have which CAUSES our actions, thoughts, desires, and intentions . We can’t do that. Every human being is “dead in our trespasses and sins”, and death cannot give birth to life.
BUT! God the Father sent Jesus to live the perfect life that we could not, and then, having no sins of His own to die for (“the wages of sin is death”) He could then, being a human being, permit Himself to be killed for our sins. Ephesians 2:1 and Colossians 2:13 say the same thing: “And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses…”
Through faith in Jesus, we are BORN AGAIN, spiritually. We have a joyful new life that will not end, and a new destiny in the new heavens and the new earth:
“He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name, which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” (John 1:11-13)
