( Matthew 24:20 KJV ) “But Pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the Sabbath Day:”!!

Our ONE True GOD the FATHER who art in Heaven Above CREATED the HEAVENS ( UNIVERSE ) and the EARTH in Six Days, and on the SEVENTH DAY HE RESTED!! Known as the SABBATH DAY on the SEVENTH DAY HE RESTED and HALLOWED ( Made it HOLY )!! Also Known as Shabbat Shalom ( Peaceful Sabbath )!!

( Genesis 2:2-3 KJV ) “And on the Seventh Day GOD Ended His Work which He had Made; and He Rested on the Seventh Day from all His Work which He had Made. And GOD Blessed the Seventh Day, and Sanctified it: because that in it He had Rested from all His Work which GOD Created and Made.”!!

( Joshua 24:15 KJV ) “And if it seem evil unto you to Serve the LORD, Choose you this day whom ye will Serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and My House, We Will Serve the LORD.”!! 

( Matthew 11:28-30 KJV ) “Come unto ME, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I Will Give you Rest. Take MY Yoke upon you, and Learn of ME; for I AM Meek and Lowly in Heart: and ye shall Find Rest unto your Souls. For MY Yoke is Easy, and MY Burden is LIGHT.”!! Christ-Messiah Jesus-Yeshua Yoke is LIGHT!!

    There’s an interesting old book titled “The Burden Is Light”. by Eugenia Price, originally published in 1955. It’s a fascinating story of a woman who left the Methodist Church and became an athiest at age 15. After several careers, she wound up as a chain-smoking cynical writer for radio shows. But a good friend of hers was a Christian! I want to laugh as I write that! Eugenia Price’s life was hollow. Empty.

    Until she came to the foot of the cross of Jesus. When she was solidly established in her Christian faith, she wrote “The Burden is Light”. She discovered for herself that while life may be hard at times, the burden King Jesus puts on us is light.

    There’s another description of that day in Job 38:4 and7. God is answering Job’s complaint. He asks Job,
    “Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? … When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?”

    Imagine for a moment that you are there. God has been doing something unusual in His Universe, and now He’s finished it. Now He unveils it! Imagine Earth as it was then – sin had not touched it. There was no death, no suffering. The animals had no reason to be afraid. That didn’t happen until later. (Genesis 9:2) Imagine oceans and lakes and springs of completely iunpolluted water! Air that has never been contaminted! Fruit and berries and tubers and grains as God intended the to be – wholesome and invtiing to eat! NO WONDER THE ANGELS SHOUTED FOR JOY!

    I grew up in South Florida in the 50s and 60s. I have a better idea of what that was lie than most people! I remember JOY in God’s Creation even then.

    Brothers and sisters in Christ, we won’t have to imagine forever! We are going to see that again! Excerpts from Revelation 21:
    “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea … And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away … And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.”

    HALLELUJAH! AMEN!
