He certainly is starting to show us. A man named William Koenig who wrote a book called “Eye to Eye: – Facing the Consequences of Dividing Israel”, in which he correlates devastating weather events with actions hostile to Israel. That would fit with Helene and the new monster hurricane in the Gul called “Milton”. Unfortuately the US population in general and our “leaders” especially have many sins on their hands. Fasten your seatbelt. No repentance in sight from the “leaders”, and God judges nations by their leaders. It’s going to be a wild ride from now until the Rapture.

This is where we are – Revelation. Kristi’s first Bible quote in this post. We’re at the end of the 3rd chapter of Revelation, the end of the Church Age. The Laodicean Church: the lukewarm church, the one that Kristi chose to start her post with. Amen. It’s true. May God give us wisdom, courage, and endurance NOT to be lukewarm!
I wonder how many Christians ever think of themselves as standing in front of a large door on the other side of which is the Great Tribulation. Plagues, dark mysteries, events to give you nightmares … the wrath of God against a sinful rebellious world. Like the new song says, “Revelation’s comin’ like a dark train runnin’ …” Spooky. Scary.
Of course, those who are born again by faith alone in Christ alone will not be here for the Great Tribulation. (Although things might get terrible even in the US before the Rapture.) Things will get worse until then. We can see the walls closing in. See evil taking an ever stronger grip on our nation and the world.
But just when it seems that all is lost, even for Christians – the Rapture! “The Blessed Hope”! Every believer yanked out of here “in the twinkling of an eye” – and we find ourselves safe in God’s Kingdom. The relief and the joy is at this moment unimaginable! All fears, all problems, gone forever in the blink of an eye!
Like waking from a nightmare. Thank You, Heavenly Father, for the awakening! Thank You, Lord Jesus, for taking the rescue mission and hanging on for years to bring us all safely Home!

Good evening, Kristi. I’m praying that your health has not deteriorated any further and that you are not suffering any more physical distress than you have had. Thank you for the years of devout, Biblical postings lifting up the name of Jesus and of God the Father! Thank you for taking the trouble to make them so beautiful as well as encouraging and helpful to all! God sees it all. He knows what it cost you. He loves you!
As this year comes closer to its end, it is less certain than ever that America or Western Civilization will continue to exist. Those who are born-again believers in Jesus, however, can take great comfort in our salvation and the forgiveness of our sins. We must remain true to God and King Jesus, not being ashamed of them even though the world around us is becoming increasingly scornful of Christian faith and Christians. As the saying goes, we don’t know what tomorrow holds, but we know Who holds tomorrow in His hands.
To everyone who visits here: do you feel as if you are insignificant? Believers in Jesus, do you ever feel like your voice, your witness about Jesus and God the Father, has been drowned out by the world?
Think about this verse which Kristi Ann posted above:
“And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the LORD GOD omnipotent reigneth.“
Brothers, sisters, we are all part of a “voice of mighty thunderings”! We may not seem to be in this world, but there are millions of stories of faithful saints “of whom the world was not worthy”, who have been scorned or just overlooked by the world, who through faith in Jesus have CONQUERED! None of us is insignificant to God! That’s amazing but it’s true! God loved us so much that He asked Jesus to take on the mission of providing for our salvationat the cost of years of the limited, restrictive life of a man on this earth. All those years He resisted sin in Himself so that he could be qualified to redeem us!
Brothers and sisters, this is not your real life! Don’t be discouraged! Persist in faith! There’s only a little while before our Redeemer returns for us! Rejoice in your faith and in your Savior, Jesus the Messiah!
We’re in the end zone! The game is almost over! Be brave! Stand fast in the faith! We will be rejoicing together soon in the presence of the King of Kings!
