Yesterday on 3/3/2022 at 1PM I went Shopping for food at Costco, they had NO ride a long basket Carts for me too use, So I used a Push A long Basket and held tight on the handle so I would not fall!!
After I put the things in my Push a long Basket I got in the Long Line Waiting too Check out, a man on his own Electric Cart in Front me he was riding on BACKED UP and Pushed my Shopping Cart backwards and made me Fall and I hit my head on the Flat bed cart behind me and knocked me out!! The Costco Staff Emergency Crew Got me too sit-up, I was Bleeding very Badly form the back of my head, The Costco Emergency Crew came and put bandages on my head too stop the Bleeding!! I was Taken by Ambulance too the Hospital where I was there for five hours. The Doctors Did a CAT-SCAN on my head, they Put FIVE STAPLES too hold my skin together!! I was Released around 7:30 PM!! PRAY for me Please!!
My Next Door Neighbor Picked me up at the hospital and Drove me to Costco too pick up my CAR!! Costco Saved my Shopping cart, so I went in and got my food and drove my car home in Troutdale, Oregon!! My Next door Neighbor Followed me home and helped me put my food in my house!!
Today on 3/4/2022 I am resting and I GET my STAPLES OUT of the back on my head at my Doctors Office on 3/10/2022 at 3:15 PM!! Read more here about my Disabilities ~> ( https://kristiann1.com/2013/10/15/mydisa/ )!!

Your quote of 2nd Thessalonians 1:11-12 above got my attention. I wanted to see what was going on with the Thessalonian Christians. I looked up the chapter on Biblegateway and found these earlier verses which made my heart rejoice:
“We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth; so that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure, which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer…” (1st Thessalonians 3-5)
“we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God” – Wow! What that means, said plainly in other translations, is that Paul BOASTED about these believers in other Christian churches! Did you ever want to be bragged on by the giants of the faith? Here’s a way you can be! Of course, what Paul was bragging about was their faithful witness under severe persecution. The high opinion of giants in the faith, or of the Most High God, doesn’t come cheap!
IMO, most of the giants of the faith have already gone on to Heaven. But what we do here is known to them, as well as to God and the holy angels. In fact … listen to this:
Job 1:8
And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

Job was exceptionally strong in faith. But we can be also, if we get to know our God and make a habit of depending on Him every day for the ordinary things. Walk with Him every day when life is easy or hard. If, God forbid, persecution comes our way, we will be prepared for it.
