    • I’m wary of the NIV. For example, there are deleted passages and Christ is referred to as the capstone (Satanic imagery) and not the cornerstone. I owned one, because of the ease of reading; but when I learned about the NIV, I trashed it. Though I own a few other versions, the KJV is impossible to best. You might go Googling about the NIV. I read about it in a Christian publication, which, I’m sorry, I don’t recall.

    That’s the shortest Psalm in the Bible. It interests me. I wonder … on this day, was the Psalmist experiencing writer’s block? And so he wrote an eternal truth, that God is wrthy to be praised. For one reason among many, because His merciful kindness toward us is GREAT, MASSIVE, CONSTANT! (That’s my amplification)

    Today is July 15th, 2024. We have the incredible privilege of being alive in the End Times of the Age of Grace and the era of “the Body of Christ”, the true church whichh is compaosed of all true believers in Jesus. The countdown to the Rapture may be measured in minutes, for all we know. Maybe a few months more. Possibly a few years, BUT it’s close. We know this because we see the primary sign of the end: all nations turning against Israel:
    “And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.” (Luke 21:20)

    That verse was fulfilled in AD 68-70, when Rome first besieged and then destroyed Jerusalem. But it has a second application to the end times.

    What should born-again Christians do, then? The same as we should have been doing all along, but with increasedfervor:
    :Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.? (1st John 3:2-3)
    … and…
    “Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.” (James 1:21)
    … and …
    “Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.: (Matthew 24:42)
