   We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all men ( and women ) are created Equal, that they are Endowed by their CREATOR ( GOD the HEAVENLY FATHER and HIS SON ( JESUS-YESHUA CHRIST-MESSIAH ) with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness!! Hallelujah ❤ Amen!!

     “And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.” (1 Corinthians 6:14)

     Up from the grave he arose;
     with a mighty triumph o’er his foes;
     he arose a victor from the dark domain,
     and he lives forever, with his saints to reign.
     He arose! He arose! Hallelujah! Christ arose!

     Vainly they watch his bed, Jesus my Saviour,
     vainly they seal the dead, Jesus my Lord!

     Death cannot keep its prey, Jesus my Saviour;
     he tore the bars away, Jesus my Lord!

     I think Pilate suspected the resurrection was going to happen. What he replied to the Jews who asked him to have the tomb of Jesus guarded:

     ” ‘Command therefore that the sepulchre be made sure until the third day, lest his disciples come by night, and steal him away, and say unto the people, He is risen from the dead: so the last error shall be worse than the first.’

     Pilate said unto them, ‘Ye have a watch: go your way, make it as sure as ye can.’ ” (Matthew 27:64-65) ❤ ❤ ❤

5. He Who knew no sin … just living on this earth, seeing the sins of the people of just that time, must have been a terrible hurt for Him.

   Thank You, Heavenly Father, for saking King Jesus to take on the impossible but possible rescue mission of dying in our place.

   King Jesus, thank You for accepting the mission and carrying it through! I have no idea how You were able to resist sin all Your ife, but I know the You did, because the Father accepted Your sacrifice in our place. One sin would have voided your effort. Thank You! May You have joy in the second births and second lives of those Yluo died to save!

   • God’s love for all people is seen in Him asking King Jesus to undertake our rescue at the cost of His own life. The devil had already rebelled against God, which is why the world we know was created. (Long story for another time.) When Phillip asked, “Show us the Father, and that will be enough for us”, Jesus replied,
     “Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father? Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.”

     Jesus’ compassion and love for sinners is so powerful in the Gospels! Thank You, King Jesus, for loving us even in our sins and weakness!

     Even in Revelation, in theletters to the seven churches in chapters 2 and 3, even to the churches about whom jesu had nothing good to say, He always offered a way of reconciliation. The love of God and of His only begotten Son Jesus are wihtout parallel or equal in the universe! No one who is willing to acknowledge his or her sins and ask forgivenesss in Jesus’ name ever needs to be afraid of our God!

   • Chuck Missler reported an apocryphal joke about the resurrection:
     Joseph of Arimathea’s friend was amazed that Joseph was allowing his expensive brand new tomb to be used by someone not a family member!

     Joseph replied, “It’s only for the weekend!” 🙂 🙂

    • I heard a rpeacher on Bible Broadcasting Network this evening say that he worries that people are so focussed on the salvation, eternal life, and forgiveness of sins that Christ achieved for us that we overlook the mighty miracles that He did. It should be emphasized that without salvation Christ’s miracls would be meaningless. BUT! They do show the limitless power of God in a very dramatic way! And so many of them also show God’s love and Jesus’ compassion! Raising from the dead a widow’s only son. When a leper pleaded for healing…

      “When He had come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him. And behold, a leper came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.”

      Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

      And Jesus said to him, “See that you tell no one; but go your way, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”

      Not only did Jesus heal him stantly, and touch him first – Jesus turned that into a witness for the Jewish priests – if they were willing to accept it.

    • Kristi, that is an awesome song! Thank you for posting it!

      When telling the same story over and over, a song or sermon has to be good to avoid being boring. This artist brings us a praise song that is fresh and powerful and still tells the story the whole world needs so badly to hear and accept! Great job, Tauren Wells! Godtbe calls this song “soul-stirring”, and it is!

      If we had been worthy of saving, it still would have been a sacrifice worth honoring. But we were not and are not worthy:
      “For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:6-8)

      An accurate statement of the heart of every man, woman , and child:
      “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?” (Jeremiah 17:9)

      God the Father knew our condition before He asked King Jesus to sacifice Himself for us:
      “Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.” (Hebrews 4:13)

      HOSANNA! THANK YOU, KING JESUS!
