Amen! THose who do not want to go through the nlethal and horrible “Great Tribulation” should read and act on the Scriptures Kristi has posted above. Beciming a born-again believer in Jesus is simple:
“And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Acts 2:21)
If you are able, follow the instruction Peter gave the devout Jews at the Feast of Pentecost after Jesus had been resurrected and ascended back to Heaven:
“Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

Kristi, your post above about holy ground in the Bible reminded me of a poem I wrote many years ago I titled “Holy Ground. What I wanted to accomplish with that poem was to describe the ultimate goal we are headed toward, and exhort (a stronger word than “encourage”) others AND myself to keep that goal in mind as we blunder through this life. My goal as a follower of King Jesus should be to be =>different<= from the world, to be the salt and light that King Jesus commanded believers to be, and speaking for myself first, I need to be reminded of this.
In other words, we should be, not each others’ nagging consciences, but each others’ cheerleaders.
HOLY GROUND

But what about the others? –
those who might have been our brothers –
but they rejected Jesus Christ and HOLY GROUND!
That they’ve earned Hell will be true
but so have I – and so have you –
did you warn them? Did you show them HOLY GROUND?
Did they hear from you the Name
of Him who died to take their blame?
of the One whose blood could gain them HOLY GROUND?
I fear the battle, friend, but I fear more at the end
to hear King Jesus say that I let them slip away
because I would not stand on HOLY GROUND!
Will Jesus say “WELL DONE!” when you see Him face to face
or will you leave His presence in disgrace?
Will you rejoice or will you hide as forever you abide
on Holy Ground?

Last night I watched a great video in Iran’s history. The Persians, the true people of Iran,. Ezra chapter 6 records the decree from King Darius to help the Jews rebuild the Temple and the wall around Jerusalem. Not only rebuild, but finasnce.
As most informed people know,, the Persians (“Iranians”) are deserting the muslim religion by the thousands. Many are expressing a love for Israel. I think the good link between Persians and Jews is about to be used by God to bring millions of Persians to the cross of Jesus! I pray that mayhappen!
Only God could reach acfross thousands of years, over tghe graves of many civilizations, and re-vitalize an old relationship for His glory and fpor the salvation of many!
