We all die. (Except for those who are removed from Earth in the Rapture) But those who are born again in Christ will not go to the “second death” – hell.

From a Christian’s point of view, we seem to be in a sort of limbo where nothing is happening – to most of us, personally. But things are happening globally. We can see the Apocalypse and the antiChrist’s government taking shape, fading, coming back … and God is calling the last of the Gentiles to repentance, and He is also planting in the hearts and minds of His Chosen People the seeds that will bring the 144,000 Jewish witnesses (Revelation 7:4) who will be His witnesses to Israel during the Great Tribulation.
We who are born again have only two duties now: continue to live holy lives as much as wqe can, and not deny His name, as we wait for His return.
When King Jesus returns, it will be without warning. So we need to be doing these two things right now untile the end. We have had our notice of His return – “like a thief in the night”. Walk in the Holy Spirit until then, borthers and sisters. We don’t want to be caught off guard living like the world when He returns.

Bravo, Kristi, for sticking with the King James Version of the Bible! I use several version on Biblegateway.com when I’m studying, but if I had to choose just one Bible, it would be a Thompson Chain Reference Bible in KJV. Here’s an example of why: later versions sometimes change what they should have known is correct into something that has a different, that is, INCORRECT meaning.
Hebrews 2:16: “For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.”
Both New King James Version and the original New International Version say this:
“For indeed He does not give aid to angels, but He does give aid to the seed of Abraham.” (NKJV)
“For surely it is not angels he helps, but Abraham’s descendants.” (NIV)
If I wanted to deny the humanity of Jesus, those later translations would be my choice. The humanity of Jesus is as important to our salvation as His Deity.
In order to fulfill the role of Messiah and die for the sins of all humans, Jesus had to have a human nature. He had to be one of us. See this link for the Jewish tradition of the kinsman-redeemer, who had to be of the same family in order to redeem or purchase a person in debt or in need:
