There was a phrase in common use decades ago to describe great anger: “a towering rage”. Psalm 103:11 describes God’s mercy as “a towering mercy” – all the way up to Heaven! Thank You, Abba!

In 1965 doctors operated on me and moved my heart and lungs and kidneys too their right places!! I have a Ruptured disk in my Neck at C5-C6, and a very bad Ruptured disk in my Lower back that is pressing on two sides of my spinal cord, with not enough room for the nerves too go through it, and its located at L4-L5!! I am leaving my House I own in Troutdale, Oregon November 12th. 2023 too visit my 84 year old mom Marion who lives in Fortuna California. it’s just about 10 miles south of Eureka California for THANKSGIVING and I will Not be back until the End of November!! I takes me a good 8 hours too drive from my house to my moms house!! I own a Fully Loaded Volkswagen Passat SEL PREMIUM!!

Happy Thanksgiving! Yes! I’m employed, I’m not in pain, my roof keeps the rain off me, my walls keep the wind off me, my paycheck keeps the creditors off me! All these things are “everyday blessings” that are the result of God’s mercy and love.
That may sound like humor or sarcasm, but it’s honestly sincere thanks to God. “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord (Jehovah)!”
The proof of God’s blessing us, even in this time of furious rejection of God by our leaders and millions of Americans, is to look at nations whose god id any being or anything but the God of Abraham. Their nations are far less happy , safe, and blessed.
All my life, America has existed under the protection of God. We are losing that protection now, because have consistently turned away from God. But even in this spiritual rebellion against God, most of us are still in a good or at least good-enough situation. The only appropriate response to this is…
