I have a Ruptured disk in my Neck at C5-C6, and a very bad Ruptured disk in my Lower back that is pressing on two sides of my spinal cord, with not enough room for the nerves too go through it, and its located at L4-L5!! “Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your Reward is Great in Heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the Prophets.”
Kristi, when / if you are rejected, slandered, lied about, verbally abused by others, that verse is what you cling to. In that situation, not only is your reward in Heaven great, dear Lady, but you haven earned the applause of the angels and the strong approval of your King and Savior. He loves you anyway, but if you find yourself in that situation, the full comment from King Jesus HImself is:
“Blessed are you when people hate you, when they exclude you and insult you and reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man. Rejoice in that day and LEAP for joy, because great is your reward in heaven. For that is how their ancestors treated the prophets!” (Luke 6:22-23)
I know you can’t literally leap now, and I know that that kind of mistreatment hurts so bad, cuts so deep. I have been there. But dear Lady, you have done what you are supposed to do and all three persons of the Triune God strongly approve of you and rejoice in you!
