The sorrow is over now. We remember our God and Savior’s sacrifice in Communion, but not to grieve! The victory has been won! For now, we suffer ourselves and endure, but after the endurance comes Joy everlasting!
To God be the glory, great things He has done!
So loved He the world that He gave us His Son,
Who yielded His life our redemption to win,
And opened the life-gate that all may go in!
