I wan Born with my Sternum Fused too my Back bone, my Birth Defect is called Pectus Excavatum. My Entire Rib cage was rebuilt and I have Stainless Steel wires that hold my rib cage together. In 1965 doctors operated on me and moved my heart and lungs and kidneys too their right places!! I have a Ruptured disk in my Neck at C5-C6, and a very bad Ruptured disk in my Lower back that is pressing on two sides of my spinal cord, with not enough room for the nerves too go through it, and its located at L4-L5!! And His purpose is to make us more like King Jesus while we are still on this earth. When we step through the door that people call death, or when the Rapture happens, He will complete the process, and “We shall see Him as He is, because we shall be like Him!”
Incredible promise! There is no man, living or dead, whom I admire and respect more than Jesus. To be transformed into His image, to become like HIm – WOW! There’s no lottery on earth that offers such a prize! The Greek word translated “transformed” is “metamorphoo”, meaning to change the kind of something. It’s the word we use for the process of a caterpillar changing into a butterfly – metamorphosis!
So all who see themselves as slow, unattractive caterpillars – takke heart! Rejoice! If you are a born-again believer in Jesus, you are already being changed into a thing of beauty beyond what you can imagine!

Tonight, July 6th, 2024, there’s a thunderstorm overhead. It just started. The thunder is rumbling and the rain is falling, but it’s just a thunderstorm. It’s not dangerous. The smell of the city in a soaking rain is almost as enjoyable as the smell of the country in a rainstorm.
Thank You, Heavenly Father, for gentle thunderstorms and soaking rain. For the sound that reminds us, though faintly, of Your power and the rain that reminds us of Your care for us. And that You make the rain to fall on the just and the unjust. Your blessing are in part to remind the world that You are there and You love the world and every creature in it. May the world and every creature in it hear and sing Your praise!
