Three siblings were preparing their departure for school this past Tuesday morning. Their mother, who had always insisted on smothering them with many hugs and kisses, waved goodbye as her three precious children ventured off in their Chevy Aveo with her eldest daughter. The nine year old was always happy and upbeat as she frantically waved good-by to her mother. The thirteen year old furnished his mother with a unique smile that only her son could give, and her eldest daughter, age 23, blew her a kiss as she drove off the driveway with the valuable cargo.

Nonchalantly the three of them continued their journey to school while listing to Christian music on the radio. Everything seemed to be going well until, suddenly and out of nowhere, appeared a Chevy Sedan. The eldest tried to swerve away from the vehicle, but she could not. It was too late. There was nowhere to turn. They were hit head on by the oncoming vehicle.

Not long after the accident the Mothers phone rang and she received the heart-wrenching news of her children’s fatal accident. He heart began to race as her knees crumpled to the floor in utter dread, and tears streamed down her face, for she had lost not just one child that day, but all three had perished in the accident.

No mother should ever have to endure such devastation. But sadly, I have to report that this story is true. It happened to a sweet woman at our church, just this past week. My daughters were friends with the nine year old that perished and it’s just been utter deviation for this family and the church. My heart goes out to them.

I say all this, not to construct fear in you. But to warn you. For no one knows the day of their last breath and no one knows the day of the Lords return. However, one thing is certain, we will all one day breath our last. Are you ready? Are you prepared to meet your Maker, spiritually speaking?

The one thing many of us fear most is the fear of death. Death is a scary though. It’s not something we want to happen, or desire to happen, it’s just something we know we will all have to face one day… (unless we are raptured! But that message is for another day).

The thing is the Bible tells us not to fear. II Timothy 1:7 states, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind.” God does not bestow fear on his children, for fear itself takes it root from Satan, the very creator of fear. We should not dwell in the area of fear but rather overcome it. And how do we overcome fear? Simply by replacing it with: Gods Power, Love, and a Sound Mind. Just like it states in II Timothy 1:7.

II Corinthians 5:1 also gives us some great insights, “For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.” II Corinthians 5:1

Here is the great news! On the day of our departure, we can be rest assured that our ‘tents’ will be destroyed and in their place GOD will provide us with a “building.” A new house not made with human hands. I don’t know about you, but I prefer a building over a tent.

In conclusion if you are a believer and right with the Lord, you have nothing to fear. But if you question your relationship with GOD, or are backslidden, or have not yet given your life to Him; then you are on unstable ground. For no one knows the day of their departure and I can assure you the children in the story above, did not know it would be their last. So I ask you again, are you ready to meet your Maker?

( I Corinthians 13:13 KJV ) “And now Abideth FAITH, HOPE, CHARITY ( LOVE ), these THREE; but the Greatest of These is CHARITY ( LOVE ).”!! 
( John 14:6 KJV ) “Jesus-Yeshua Saith unto him, I AM the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE: no man ( or anyone ) Cometh unto the FATHER, but by ME.”!!

( Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV ) “Trust in the LORD ( ADONAI ) with All thine Heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In All thy ways Acknowledge HIM, and HE shall direct thy Paths.”!! TRUST in Jesus-Yeshua Christ with All Thine HEART and SOUL!!

Our ONE TRUE GOD’S NAME is HOLY / RIGHTEOUS / WORTHY / PEACEFUL / LOVING!! HE is HaShem-Yahweh – YHWH – Jehovah – Emmanuel – El Shaddai – Elohim and HE LOVES us through HIS SON Christ-Messiah Jesus-Yeshua!! Hallelujah and Amen!!

There is  Only ONE TRUE GOD ( JEHOVAH-YAWHEH ) the FATHER and, ONE SON ( Yeshua-Jesus Christ-Messiah ), and ONE ( HOLY GHOST–HOLY SPIRIT ) PRAISE  Them and They’re All THREE in ONE!!
