The Book of משנה תורה\דברים defines the mitzva of shabbat through דיבור but שמות “remembers” that shabbat stands distinct from the 6 days of chol, because in this shabbat shalom we remember the brit sworn to the Avot that they alone would father the chosen Cohen people. Hence the distinction between ליל שבת — מלאכה מלאכה מלאכה – the wisdom of the Avot from זכר the Avot themselves. The Books of the Xtian bible and Muslim koran both replace this זימן גרמא מצוה חכמה צריך כוונה with belief in other Gods – ציוי שני מסני. Hence I say: I am an atheist ברוך השם.

      You quote from Isaiah fails to connect קידוש קידוש קידוש with מלאכה מלאכה מלאכה thrice repeated by every shabbat observant Jews on ליל שבת. The later prophets command mussar which give כוונה of mitzvot – the definition which separates the מלאכה of all time oriented commandments from the secondary precedent commandments throughout the opening first four Books of the Written Torah.
