I once watched a video of an Agatha Christie episode of Hercule poirot in which the producer had added content that Agatha Christie would never have approved of. I was angry by the time it was over, and I asked myuself what good there was in it. The answer came at the very end, whe David Suchet as Hercule Poirot added words not found in the original words almost identical to the ones you posted here, Kristi. Speaking to a young woman who had been abuse as a child, Poirot said,
“There is nothing so badly broken that the good God cannot heal it,”
That made me cheer! God put His witness in even that distorted video. Amen. He is able to deal with anything we bring to Him.

Thank you, Kristi, for the many, many reminders you have posted over the years about God’s love and His plan of salvation through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone. Your words are recorded in God’s Book, never to be erased!
This world gets crazier and more wicked every hour. “Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.” (2nd Peter 3:13)
Where righteousness dwells! Think of the joy of that! HALLELUJAH! No more worries about evil, about pain, about death … only joy in the presence of the Lord Jesus and a new Heavens and new Earth to explore, in our new bodies that will be without flaw!
I urge anyone who’s feeling a little blue today to read that entire 3rd chapter of 2nd Peter! It’s filled with reasons to rejoice!
