    • Thanks so much for asking me!! I went the doctor and he said according to my MRI, I have white spots in the gray matter of my brain!! He said it is constricted blood vessels are bad in my brain!!

      I have to exercise more often every day and eat better!!

      I went shopping for food after my doctors appointment at Costco and Wal-Mart, so, I think I have enough exercise for the day!!
