Obama State of Union, Year of Unconstitutional Pen / Phone, Amnesty and Socialism!!
Obama senior advisor Dan Pfeiffer is interviewed by Candy Crowley in what is a preliminary prepping of the media and interested Americans for what they can expect to be leveled at them this coming Tuesday evening.
The themes that have been being repeated since the end of last year, amnesty and his proud ownership of both a “Pen and a Phone” ( undoubtedly purchased with taxpayer dollars ) are the core of this interview and will also be prominently featured in the State of the Union Address.
Pfeiffer tells us that the White House occupant will be laying out a series of “concrete, real, practical proposals on how we restore opportunity for all Americans.” In the next sentence he says Obama’s “going to do that by looking for ways to work with Congress where he can but act on his own where he can.”
Following his instructions to hammer the pen and phone message home, his response to the next question goes right back to the same mantra. “We need to show the American people that we can get something done, either through Congress or on our own. What they want are answers.”
Actually Dan, what we want are Constitutional solutions, not answers. Answers can be wrong, and all of yours are. Solutions are the correct answer.
He drones on about Americans “out there working hard, building their businesses, showing up for work every day, playing by the rules and they expect the same from Washington.”
Wrong again, Danny boy. We actually don’t expect the same from Washington, although it would be a welcome change. What we expect is self-serving corruption and that is one area where the White House is living up to expectations.
Then he actually says with a straight face that Obama “wants to lead in that direction,” the direction of playing by the rules. In the midst of all of his pledges of unilateral, unconstitutional use of his pen to act on his own, as well as the never-ending cascade of scandals and abuse of power in targeting his political opponents, Pfeiffer has the audacity to present Obama as wanting playing by the rules?
There must be a plan in the works to change the rules, because this administration is completing trashing the old ones contained in the Constitution. That’s it, he wants to play by a different set of rules, the new and improved 2014 Rules and Decrees of Dictator Obama.
Pfeiffer’s ridiculous assertions come after starting the interview with comments relating to trust. Does anyone trust one word coming out of this guy’s mouth ( NO )? If so, they hold the unique position of actually deserving their planned enslavement. Selling a nanny state to those who are incapable of critical, rational thought is just too easy.
Crowley bemoans the inability of Obama and his Democrat accomplices to pass four proposals from last year’s State of the Union speech. She depicts the reason for their not being implemented as “the year took control of the agenda.” Candy and the liberal Obama media refuse to acknowledge that these are issues many Americans don’t want and which are at a minimum damaging to the people and in other instances, as with gun control, also unconstitutional.
Pfeiffer touts the use of executive action to implement gun control measures, in spite of the congress and the American people being against it.
He then refers to 2014 as being a year of action with the “pen and phone” reference being used again.
Pfeiffer touches on some social programs that the occupier of the White House will put forward and then returns to the pen and phone chant, saying that there will be an extra emphasis in 2014.
The message of the White House mouthpiece comes through loud and clear. Obama’s actions over the last five years, combined with his announcements tell us what to expect. His action will be a Tyrannical, full-frontal assault on the Constitution and the American people.
We can expect unilateral, dictatorial use of his pen with a socialism cover of false opportunities provided by his phone. The intent and the effect will be to further consolidate his own power as well as that of the central federal government over the lives of the American people.
There will be nothing in the speech that will benefit the American people as a whole and much that is disastrous. The destruction of our nation is an incremental process.
