1. “Let the Love of our LORD and SAVIOR Jesus Christ Shine His Love through us!! We Need to Shine in Jesus Christ’s Love for Everyone to see Jesus in us!!”

   Amen, Kristi!

   I know this was a Christmas post originally, but those words are more important than ever before in history, as we are apparenty very close to our Lord’s return. Those who are left behind will only have what copies of the Bible are not confiscated (Amos 8:11-12) and whatever memories they have of Christians to turn them toward the Lord Jesus and salvation.. But even in that great spiritual darkness the Light of the world (John 8:12 ) shines wherever He wants, and no one can stop Him from reaching thsoe whose hearts are open to Him!

   In that spiritual desert, the promise of living waters (John 7:38) will still be true!

   • Amos 8:11-12: “Behold, the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord, and they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the Lord, and shall not find it.”
   • John 8:12: “Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I a the Light of the World; he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall havethe light of life.”
   • John 7:38: “He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.”

   Pray for the Jews, the Chosen People of God, from whom the last great wave of evangelism will come. (Revelation 7; entire chapter)

   Pray for muslims, many of whom are devout believers in the God of Abraham, but are enslaved by the myths of Islam.

   Pray for our fellow Americans, born or naturalized into what was the greatest nation on earth, but caught in the many traps the devil and demons were able to place in a nation where great personal freedom and disposable income provided opportunities and temptaions to many sins, which now rule most of what was America.

   Pray for every nation on earth, because our great loving God calls to the hearts of people in every nation, and some on every nation will hear Him!

   Revelation 5:9-10: “And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; and hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth!”

   Our prayers alone should have the devil begging God to remove us from Earth, because “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” (James 5:16)

   We should also pray for ourselves: “Now all these things [the record of God’s dealing with Israel] happened unto them for examples; and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come. Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.”

   Come soon, Lord Jesus! Amen!
