That time may be coming very soon. A few days ago, soon after the hamas invasion and atrocities, I saw a video of many Jews, arms around each others shoulders, singing and praying for the Messiah to return! Praise God! Israel’s blindness is close to being lifted!

There is a formula we all abide by. It’s inevitable: 2 births, one death, OR one birth, two deaths.

“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.” (Revelation 2:11)
Revelation 20:14 tells us that being cast into the Lake of Fire is the second death.
BUT! “…not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” (2nd Peter 3:9)
THose who receive King jesus as Lord and Savior before the Rapture won’t have to go through the Great Tribulation, either. It appears that the Rapture is very close. We don’t know the day or the hour, but prophetic events have fallen into place. It could happen at any time. Those who aren’t certain of their salvation should start reading the New Testament and talking to God about it immediately!
Kristi, may God give you whatever help you need. I am guessing that something is wrong, but I don’t know how to contact you to find out. Is the Body of Christ really prepared for the return of King Jesus! Really ready for the Rapture? Can we face Him without shame? From a positive point of view, will we be filled with undiluted JOY when He returns to take us home? We can be!
A friend sent me information about a certain carefully disguised, widespread, and widely accepted corruption of Christian faith in all denominations. I began investigating, and one layer of investigation led to another. I’ll be writing a series of articles when I’ve finished, and I don’t know what the end result will be. But in the process, my attention was drawn to the element of modern Christian faith that this corruption is designed to marginalize and degrade. I suddenly thought, “This is the most important part! Not the corruption! The element that the corruption is trying to disable!”
That element is the observance of Lent.

I invite all Christians who read this to go to that link and ask God to show you whatever He wants you to see and understand. Religious rituals are not necessary for the forgiveness of sins. They don’t by themselves make us better Christians. But I think that Lent, if properly understood and observed, can open our hearts and minds to the Holy Spirit more fully. And the Holy Spirit can, with our permission, at our request, begin making us more like our Lord and Savior. And that should be the primary goal of Christians in this life.
I have never observed Lent before. The church I was raised in didn’t even mention it. I regret that this year, Lent has already begun and I have not until now even thought about how to observe it. But I am hoping that IF God leaves us on this planet until next year, hundreds of thousands of believing Christians in the West will have been called by the Holy Spirit to participate in Lent. NOT merely as a religious ritual, but as a means of making more of ourselves sensitive to and submissive to the leading of God’s Holy Spirit. So that we may USE Lent for the purpose of becoming more like King Jesus year-round. So that we may be able to meet our Redeemer with JOY and without shame or regret!
I invite all Christians who read this to join me, in your own time, among your own Christina friends, in your own church. And we can begin to observe and participate in what remains of the Lent period this year!
